9 Tournament Rule:
UPDATE 9/18/19: KSHSAA Board of Directors, passed the 9 competition rule tonight. Implementation for the 2020-2021 school year.
This is contingent upon your school hosting a tournament. Please ask questions if needed.
KASBC has been apprised of the fact that while the nine-tournament rule has been approved by the KSHSAA advisory board, full approval by the KSHSAA Board of Directors is pending and will be decided at their meeting in mid-September. The KASBC fully expects the rule change to occur and go into effect for the upcoming season.
In April 2019, the KSHSAA Board of Directors adopted a rule requiring any head or assistant coach/sponsor for any KSHSAA sanctioned activity to be certified or trained in CPR and AED administration. This rule goes into effect for the 2019-2020 activities year.
In Need of Practice Questions?
Submit 1 round of 16 ORIGINAL questions to email@example.com.
Once your questions are added, you will be emailed the link to all questions submitted this year, plus all questions from previous years.
These questions are great to use for practice, but not recommended for competition without cleaning up and/or rewriting. One caveat, all coaches submitting a round will receive access to the same questions, so keep this in mind if you wish to use in a competitive setting.
Are your emails being returned when contacting another coach? Do you know of a former coach who is no longer coaching or has changed schools? Let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll add them to the list! You can update your contacts from there and make sure your attempts to contact are getting through to the correct person.
